Teen critically injured in rollover crash

STEPHENS COUNTY, Oklahoma_A violent rollover crash in Stephens County that critically injured a teen driver remains under investigation.

Emergency responders were called to the single-vehicle accident on Terry Road, about a mile and a half east of Highway 81. Deputies say the driver, 18-year-old Caleb Gordon of Comanche, was eastbound on Terry Road at a high rate of speed when his pickup left the road before going airborne and hitting a tree. The truck rolled half a turn before landing on its top.  It took firefighters about half an hour to free him from the wreckage.

The teen was flown to an Oklahoma City hospital with massive injuries to his entire body.
