Texoma Cowboy Church delivers Ten Commandments to Gov Fallin

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla._Horseback riders from the Texoma Cowboy Church in Texas arrived at the Capitol Friday and delivered a stone tablet engraved with the Ten Commandments to Governor Mary Fallin.

Pastor John Riggs and other riders from the Texoma Cowboy Church in Wichita Falls traveled through Duncan Wednesday as they made their way to the Capitol. Governor Fallin accepted the tablet where a large, granite Ten Commandments monument stood before it was ordered removed by the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

Pastor Riggs says he was troubled the Ten Commandments monument was removed from the Capitol grounds and believes God's law should be honored.

Governor Fallin says she plans to place the Ten Commandments tablet in her office.
