Woman robs Altus convenience store

ALTUS, Okla._ Police are looking for a woman after they say she robbed an Altus gas station with a shotgun early Tuesday morning.

Officers were called to the Love's at 619 North Main Street around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday. The victim told police that while he was in the back room of the store, a heavy-set black woman wearing a ski mask approached him and pointed a shotgun at his head. The woman demanded money from the register and left. A witness told police she may have gotten into a black SUV with a temporary tire on it. The woman was wearing a dark colored hoodie, black shorts and was about 5'5". The employee was not injured during the robbery.
