8 cows killed in semi-truck collision

RANDLETT, Okla._A portion of U.S. 70 in Cotton County was closed for six hours after a semi-truck rolled over and killed several cows.

The eastbound lane of U.S. 70, about one-tenth of a mile east of U.S. 277, was shut down from 11:45 p.m. Thursday until 5:45 a.m. Friday after a semi-truck hit several cows and rolled. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says eight cows were killed in the collision, but the driver was alright.

We're told the driver was hauling something related to cotton farming and it left a mess on the road when it flipped.
