Cordell man found dead in his home; woman, vehicle sought

CORDELL, Okla. (AP) _ The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says the death of a Cordell man has been ruled a homicide after the state medical examiner's office found multiple gunshot wounds to the victim's body.
The OSBI says 59-year-old Michael Beach's body was found Monday morning by officers conducting a welfare check on the man requested by a friend who had not heard from Beach for several days.
The agency says investigators are searching for 44-year-old Kathryn Lynn Hicks because she may have information about the case. Hicks is described as a friend of Beach.
The OSBI is also searching for Beach's 2002, white Chevrolet Tahoe and says the vehicle is believed to be stolen.
