LAWTON, Okla._A Lawton man charged with second-degree murder in a June stabbing death has been ordered to stand trial.
Sigfredo Sisco appeared in a Comanche County courtroom Wednesday afternoon, accused of stabbing an acquaintance, Trevor Boyer, to death. Several witnesses took the stand, including Sisco's mother, aunt and a sheriff's deputy. They testified that Sisco claimed Boyer was suicidal and tried to stab himself. And when Sisco tried to pull the knife away, his hand slipped and Boyer plunged the knife into his own chest.
They also said Sisco admitted to burying Boyer in a shed across the street.
However, according to a court affidavit, Boyer was not suicidal and Sisco was infatuated with Boyer, upset he was not able to have a deeper relationship with him.
