Third person arrested in death of man found in Oklahoma lake

McALESTER, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says a third person has been arrested for the death of a man found in Dow Lake in southeastern Oklahoma.

The OSBI says 23-year-old Jonathan Flowers was arrested Wednesday night in McAlester after 21-year-old Jodi Langham Ward and a 15-year-old boy were arrested earlier in the day. The three were arrested after the body of an 18-year-old man was recovered Tuesday in the spillway area of the lake near Haileyville. The man's name has not been released.

The 15-year-old is charged with first-degree murder, Flowers is charged with second-degree murder and Langham Ward is charged as an accessory to murder and with conspiracy to commit assault and battery.

The three suspects are jailed and court records do not list an attorney for them.
