Less than two years after starring in Oklahoma's Sugar Bowl upset of Alabama, Trevor Knight could be heading elsewhere.
According to a report from Soonerscoop.com, Knight has received a full release from the university by head coach Bob Stoops. Knight is expected to graduate at semester and would be free to transfer in time to go through spring ball at another school and be immediately eligible next season. Since it's a full release, if Knight decides transfer, he could move to a school within the Big 12. And according to Soonerscoop's report, he is considering a transfer to Kansas State. He has also reportedly spoken with Georgia, Oregon and SMU.
