Arrest in Saturday morning accidental shooting

LAWTON, Okla._A man is behind bars after police arrested him in the accidental shooting and killing of a man.

Stephon Threat was arrested for first-degree manslaughter and possession of a firearm while intoxicated Saturday around 3:00 a.m. Police responded to a shots fired call at an apartment complex near 52nd Street and Rogers Lane. They stopped a car leaving the scene and found Threat, another man and the victim, 20-year-old Trevor Hargrave, with a gunshot wound. Police say Threat was trying to take Hargrave to the hospital. Hargrave later died. He was a soldier from Virginia stationed at Fort Sill.

Police say the men told them they were drinking, and Threat was playing with the shotgun when it went off and hit Hargrave.
