MUSKOGEE, Okla._The murder suspect who escaped from an Oklahoma jail was caught at a truck stop just north of Austin, Texas, in a semi-truck stolen in Muskogee.
Paul Newberry escaped Sunday night with another prisoner after breaking a window at the Muskogee County Jail. The other prisoner, Raymond Noriega, was captured soon afterward.
A GPS device on the truck led authorities to Newberry. They say Newberry was unarmed and still wearing jail-issued slippers that he spray painted brown.
