CUSHING, OK (KSWO) – A Cushing man was arrested Friday after OSBI received a tip that the man was sending and receiving lewd photos from children.

In mid-November, the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit received several tips that 23-year-old Carlos Fritinger was sending and receiving lewd photos of young girls via Facebook. OSBI reached out to Facebook and Fritinger’s Internet Service Provider and learned about multiple messages to and from him that involved photographs of young girls. Some of the photos showed the girls performing lewd acts.

Agents tracked Fritinger to his home in Cushing and served a search warrant. A quick search of his phone at the scene revealed pictures of girls, approximately 12 years old, posing in a lewd manner.

Fritinger was arrested and booked into the Payne County Jail on the following complaints: possession of child pornography; facilitating, encouraging, engaging in sexual communication with a minor; communication with a minor by use of technology; lewd or indecent proposals to a child; indecent exposure; and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.

OSBI says this case should serve as reminder that parents must know who their children are talking to on Facebook and the rest of the Internet.

Beyond their war of words, the row touched on several sensitive issues in Trump's White House, including a lack of racial diversity, security in the executive mansion and a culture that some there feel borders on paranoia.
