“During major storms, we often find "work arounds" to get customers back on while permanent repairs underway. That practice, along with estimates on factors outside our control (accessibility, other systems, etc.) are reflected in our estimated restoration times. This can mean we occasionally have to extend estimates but it can also result in us beating our estimates. Our hearts go out to those of you impacted by this storm. Please know we are making every effort to restore your power,” PSO said in a statement.
