PASADENA, CA (KSWO) -An annual New Year's Day tradition, the Rose Parade, has been around for 127 years.
This year, Fort Sill's Field Artillery Half Section made their way down the streets of Pasadena, California, in the Rose Parade. The parade kicked off at 10 a.m. Friday. Along with Fort Sill's equestrian team and other units from around the country, several marching bands, even one from Jenks High School and about 44 other floats traveled down the parade route.
Fort Sill's entry was 78th in the line-up, right next to the Budweiser Clydesdales.
The team left from Fort Sill Saturday morning and also performed in the EquestFest Tuesday.
