ALTUS, OK (KSWO)-More charges have been filed against a man in connection with a shooting last month at a home in Altus.
Police say Jason Biddlecom showed up at the home which belonged to his soon-to-be ex-wife, and discovered a man there. Shots were fired by both men, and Biddlecom was hit in the leg. No arrests were made at the time, but today, prosecutors filed warrants against Biddlecom for child neglect, and a gun charge since he is currently on probation. Police say Biddlecom was already in custody after being arrested last week on a separate warrant. He remains in the Jackson County jail Wednesday night.
