OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (KSWO) -The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics says a series of arrests and drug busts allowed them to take down a Mexican cartel operating in Oklahoma City.

The agency says the cell was trafficking about 100 pounds of crystal meth, worth about $1 million per week.

The bust netted 46 pounds, as well as a handgun and an air soft rifle used for intimidation. Agents began investigating in mid-January after receiving a tip. Three men were arrested in the raid.

Investigators are still working to determine how far up the Mexican drug cartel food chain the three men go.
