The Lawton Police Department Special Operations Unit arrested Geraldo Martinez and Evan Michael Durbin, both 21 years old. They were identified as material witnesses following Victory Kim’s arrest on March 2. More than 15,000 Xanax pills and other drugs were confiscated during the arrest.

A detective met with Martinez at the front door of the home at 210 SE 6th St. As soon as the door opened the detective saw a second person, Evan Durbin, laying on the couch and could smell marijuana coming from inside the home. The detective and others went in the home to do a protective sweep. During the sweep, they found loose marijuana, bongs, a grinder, a jar of marijuana, digital scales and a bullet.

The detective got a search warrant for the home and returned to home that afternoon. They confiscated the digital scales, baggies, marijuana grinder, 10 grams of marijuana, nine grams of suspected mushrooms, a 9mm Ruger pistol and seven and a half Xanax bars.

Martinez was arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a Schedule IV drug with the intent to distribute, maintaining a dwelling for controlled dangerous substances to be used or sold, the material witness warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Durbin was arrested on the material witness warrant and for possession of marijuana.

Christian Morales, who happened to be at the home at the time, was arrested for possession of marijuana.
