Trial date set for Altus man accused of sexually assaulting teen

ALTUS, OK (KSWO) –A trial date has been set for the Altus man accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.

Jose Luna, 53, was arrested in August after police say he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl. Police say the girl told investigators the assaults happened multiple times over a span of eight to 10 years.

Luna is currently being held in the Jackson County Jail on a $100,000 bond.

His trial date is set for June 13.
