Elgin to host pet adoption Saturday

ELGIN, OK (KSWO) –The Elgin Animal Shelter is hosting an adoption event and they want to connect you with a furry family member.

The adoption event will run from noon until 3 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at the car wash in Elgin, which is located at Highway 277 and 8th Street in Elgin.

Pets are $30 and there’s a $100 vetting deposit. That deposit is refundable if you take the pet to a veterinarian and get all of the necessary immunizations and either spayed and neutered within 30 days of the adoption.
