DUNCAN, OK (KSWO) -A house fire in Duncan is under investigation.

Duncan Police Detective Bill Fitzhugh says the owner of the home on the 1500 block of Country Club Road told police that a tenant from another of his rental properties was in the house when he left Monday evening. The home owner also told them he's been having problems with that tenant.

The homeowner said he has evidence that the tenant may be behind the house fire.

Police say that tenant is now a person of interest in the investigation, but at this time, police have yet to talk with that person.
