Driver escapes after Comanche County chase

COMANCHE COUNTY, OK (KSWO) - Authorities are looking for a driver who led a Comanche County Sheriff's Deputy on a chase Friday morning before crashing and running off. 

The chase near the Comanche-Caddo County line lasted more than 30 minutes and the deputy says the driver was throwing what appeared to be drugs out of vehicle. At some point, one patrol car was hit by the suspect.
