Lawton man charged in robbery

LAWTON, OK (KSWO) -The man arrested for breaking into a Lawton house twice has now been charged.

Thursday, Dominque McKnight and another suspect broke into a house on Northwest Taylor Avenue and robbed the people inside. He later broke into the home again, after the victims had left, which is where police found and arrested him.

He's being held on a $500,000 bond and is next expected in court in May. He’s been charged with first-degree robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and for possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony.
