One of the witnesses told police that one of the men involved in the drive-by had made threats against him and his family before the shooting.
The car involved in the crime was pulled over a short time later with four people inside. Two boxes of ammo were found in the back seat floor board and a 12-gauge shotgun was in the trunk.
