LAWTON, OK (KSWO) -A motorcyclist who led police on a chase, ending with a crash that killed his passenger, was sentenced Friday.

Wolf Manuel appeared in a Comanche County courtroom Friday in tears, apologizing to the family of Zachary Richardson. Richardson was killed when, according to police, Manuel led them on a chase going more than 100 mph on Highway 277, ending in the crash in that killed Richardson July 2013.

Richardson's family addressed the court and asked the judge to consider Wolf was still alive while their family member isn't.

Wolf changed his guilty plea to a blind plea. He was sentenced to six months in jail and was ordered to pay $1,444.50 in restitution.
