Cameron grads killed in plane crash

KAUAI, HI (KSWO) - Two Cameron University graduates, also brothers, were among five people killed Monday in a small plane crash in Hawaii.

Marshall and Philip Cabe were on board when the small plane crashed Monday morning shortly after taking off for a skydiving tour just outside Port Allen Airport in Kauai.

Four of the passengers were pronounced dead at the scene and one man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Phillip graduated from Cameron this spring, while his brother Marshall graduated last year.

Officials have yet to determine the cause of the crash. The Federal Aviation Administration will investigate.
