Lawton veterans honor fallen brothers and sisters

LAWTON, OK (KSWO) -Lawton Fort Sill Veteran’s Center held a ceremony Friday in observance of Memorial Day to remember the men and women who lost their lives.

After the colors were posted by soldiers with the Second of the Fourth Field Artillery, five residents at the veteran’s center got the honor of carrying in a flag from the branch they served in.

At the ceremony, the veterans remembered their military brothers and sisters who served with them, but never came home.
