LAWTON, OK (KSWO) -The trial for a Lawton man who was charged with the shooting deaths of his father and brother begins Tuesday at the Comanche County Courthouse.

Thorsten Rushing, 20, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder. Several co-defendants are already serving time for their role in the crime, and they are expected to take the stand to testify against him.

Investigators say Rushing shot his father and brother to death, and then tried to stage the crime scene to make it look like a home invasion.

If convicted, he faces the possibility of the death penalty.
