OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (KSWO) –The Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office has identified the man who was pulled from the Lake Ellsworth dam's spillway May 25.
The man has been identified as 31-year-old Guy Perkins.
The cause of death is still pending toxicology reports and police have not said if they suspect foul play. As of Tuesday, his death remains under investigation.
A fisherman discovered Perkins at the bottom of the spillway early in the morning on May 25. When rescuers arrived, he was still alive, but died on scene.
Police said he had suffered obvious trauma to his body.
