OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Police say a man was shot and killed in Oklahoma City by an officer after he took pepper spray and a Taser away from the officer during a scuffle. Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Robbie Robertson says the officer drew her gun and shot the man after he took the spray and Taser. Neither person involved in the confrontation has been identified.

LEXINGTON, Okla. (AP) - Oklahoma prison officials say a search is underway in Cleveland County for a 32-year-old inmate who escaped from the Lexington Assessment and Reception Center. Officials say Ronnie Henderson was not in his cell during a head count at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Rex Thompson Minimum Security Unit. Online Department of Corrections' records indicate Henderson was serving 40 years in state prison for drug-related offenses.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - For the second time in as many months, Oklahoma City firefighters have responded to a fire inside a vacant downtown high-rise building. More than 60 workers were evacuated Saturday when a small fire broke out at the 33-story First National Building. No injuries were reported. Officials say a separate fire on Nov. 5 was due to an electrical issue associated with extensive remodeling that is underway at the 446-foot-tall art deco structure.

EDMOND, Okla. (AP) - An Oklahoma mother and father couldn't figure out what was happening to their child's pacifiers until the baby's grandmother saw the family dog swipe one off a counter. One nauseous pooch and a trip to their veterinarian's office confirmed the couple's hunch: Dovey had 21 pacifiers lodged in her stomach. Dovey is on the mend and home, but the vet cautioned pet owners that "dogs will eat anything, anytime."
