LAWTON, OK (KSWO) - Lawton police are confirming reports a man was shot twice early Friday morning.

The 32-year-old says it happened a little before 3 a.m. near Southwest 10th and Washington Avenue. That's just a block south of Lee Boulevard. LPD says the victim was taken to a hospital and was undergoing surgery at last check.

Police are looking into reports it may have been a drive-by shooting, but they say the victim is not cooperating with their investigation.
