Oktoberfest happening in Lawton

LAWTON, OK (KSWO) – Oktoberfest is underway this weekend at Great Plains Coliseum.

The festival celebrating German culture kicked off Friday night and has a live polka band and a variety of German foods and beers. It also has face painting, desserts for sale and a full kids zone.  The event runs until 11:00 p.m. on Friday and from noon until 11:00 p.m. on Saturday.
