Lawton man facing murder charge due in court

LAWTON, OK (KSWO) - The man accused of shooting and killing a man in Lawton will appear in court Monday.

Cory Huntley is facing a murder in the first degree charge, and shooting with intent to kill. On August 4th, police were called to a home on Northwest 31st Street. The victim, Norman Glover, was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim, Bambi Glover, was wounded.

Witnesses say Glover and Huntley got into an argument. That's when Huntley pulled out a gun and shot at the Glover's.

Huntley is appearing for his preliminary hearing Monday afternoon.
