STEPHENS COUNTY, OK-- New developments tonight in the killing of a woman in Stephens County.  Authorities have identified the victim, as well as a vehicle that may be connected to the crime.

The body of 20-year-old Linda Salazar was discovered around 11:30 am this morning in a shed behind a trailer on South McKinley and Shamrock Road, southwest of Marlow.

Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney said she had been reported missing to Marlow Police Sunday night, but it's unclear as to when she was last seen alive.  He would not reveal what led them to the site where Salazar's body was found.  He said they are still investigating if there's a connection between the crime, and the people who live in that trailer, and are still developing leads, as well as a possible motive.

We've asked for help from The Duncan Police Department.  Their investigation unit is following up on some leads in the Duncan Area. Marlow police department is doing the same thing in the Marlow area. My investigators are here along with the OSBI crime scene unit collecting evidence, said McKinney

Sheriff McKinney said they are looking for a 2005 White Yukon with Oklahoma license plate 4-4-A-F-H. If you have seen it, you should call the Stephens County Sheriff Office at 580-255-3131.
