Late night accident leaves one dead and sends 3 to the hospital

FREDERICK, OK (KSWO) -An accident that happened around 11 on Friday night left one teenager dead and sent three other teens to the hospital.

A mustang failed to yield and was hit by a Freightliner a mile south of Frederick at the intersection of US 183 and County Road 183. The driver and one of the passengers were pinned in the mustang. The passenger died at the scene. A 16-year-old passenger in the mustang was ejected from the vehicle. Nobody in the mustang was wearing their seat belts. The driver of the truck was not injured.
