COMANCHE COUNTY, OK (KSWO) - One woman was taken to the hospital after a rollover accident in the southeast corner of Comanche County.

It happened around 7 Saturday night. An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper says the woman was driving east on Southeast Base Line Road when she over-corrected and ran off the road, rolling a number of times.

OHP says they cannot release the identity of the woman at this time, but was up and talking after the accident, and believes she will be okay.

The trooper did want to stress to other driver out there this weekend, to take it slow and cautious in these winter weather conditions. He says they couldn't confirm that weather played a part in the crash, but it's important to be mindful of possible moisture in the road.
