ROGERS COUNTY, OK (KSWO) - Oklahoma Highway Patrol is reporting at least one death on snow and ice covered roadways.

It involved a snow plow late Saturday night on the Will Rogers Turnpike in northeastern Oklahoma. Troopers are still investigating, but they say 55-year-old Curtis Lee Cockrell of Jenks was standing outside his pickup due to a crash when he was hit and killed. The other vehicle involved was another pickup. Neither that driver, nor the Turnpike Authority plow driver were hurt.
