The fundraiser is one of their two yearly fundraisers to raise money for scholarships for local women to go to local colleges. Chairperson for this fundraiser, Rebecca Perryman, says it is important to give back to the community you live in.

“We think it’s very, very important to give back to our community and especially to the young women that will be coming and giving them a fresh opportunity to be involved with the Lawton business women and other programs like this they find out how important it is to give back to the community,” said Perryman.

The Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser will take place next Monday at The First Baptist Church. Takeout orders can be placed as early as 4:00 p.m. and they will be open to eat in orders from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Adult tickets are $15 and kids are $12.
