LPS investigating threat to high schools

LAWTON, Ok (KSWO) -

Lawton Public Schools and the Lawton Police Department are working together after threats were received against Lawton high schools.

Parents received a text message this morning saying that an anonymous threat had been received against the high schools. 

Lawton Public Schools has also posted information about the threat on their Facebook page.

We are trying to get more information on the situation and will update as we get more on this developing story.
