UPDATE: Two arrested in Lawton shooting

LAWTON, OK (KSWO) - Police report that two people have been arrested in connection to a shooting that happened on the 2700 block of Northwest 22nd Street on Saturday. One person was a juvenile.

Police say a group of people in a car was following and harassing the victim as the victim walked down the street around 3 in the afternoon. Police say once the car drove up closer to the victim, a suspect inside the car fired 9 shots. One of them hit the victim in the upper arm. The victim was treated and released from the hospital.

The two suspects were arrested on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon.

The names of the people arrested and the victim have not been released.
