Final preparations underway ahead of Tulsa Officer Shelby’s trial

TULSA, OK (KSWO)- The final details are being worked out now in the trial of Tulsa officer Betty Shelby. She is charged with first-degree manslaughter in the shooting death of Terence Crutcher in September.

The defense attorney says their team has a tactics expert and an expert on Tasers. However, the District Attorney says dash cam and helicopter video may take precedence in the case.

That trial is set to begin on May 8th.
