DUNCAN, OK (KSWO) - This weekend, Downtown Duncan is hosting the  "Fools for Chocolate" Spring Stroll event Saturday night. The event runs from 5 to 8 p.m. and all 20 downtown retailers will offer discounted shopping, door prizes and giveaways.

There will be new merchandise for the shoppers, food trucks, items that are only made in Oklahoma and homemade chocolate treats.

Main Street Duncan Director Destiny  Ahlfenger said there will be something for everyone and hopes people will come out and support the community.

"You have the opportunity to help a small business owner fulfill their dreams to have a successful business. Its fun to come into a small town and share a shopping experience with your family," Ahlfenger said.

Ahlfenger said shoppers can also purchase a 5 dollar punch card from the merchants, which gives them a chance to win gift certificates and donated merchandise worth over 700 dollars.
