Lawton police investigate apartment shooting

LAWTON, (KSWO) - Lawton police are investigating a shooting overnight at Summit Apartments that landed one man in the hospital. Police say it happened around 12:30 a.m. at the apartments on Northwest 38th Street just south of Rogers Lane.

They say they found the victim lying in a breeze way at the apartment complex with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital.

Police have been interviewing witnesses to the shooting. Police say they have not found a motive, and no one has been arrested.
