OKC police identify four people arrested for kidnapping

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (KSWO)- Police have released the names of four people arrested yesterday morning in southeast Oklahoma City. They are facing numerous charges including kidnapping after two people were found locked in an underground shelter.

Leon Lena, 34, is facing 20 charges-some of which stem from other incidents- including burglary, DUI, conspiracy to commit a felony, robbery, drug charges, and traffic violations.

Daryl Whitebird, 43, is facing charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, destruction of state property, and possession of a firearm after former conviction of a felony.

Tiffany Williams, 23, is facing two counts of kidnapping and a charge of possession of an offensive weapon while committing a felony.

Bryan Stout, 39, is facing charges of kidnapping and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Investigators said they were led to the home by an anonymous tip.
