Man arrested yesterday found unresponsive in OK County jail

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (KSWO) –A man who was taken into custody after driving erratically at a high rate of speed and crashing into the waiting room of an Oklahoma City hospital has died.

Charlton Chrisman was arrested on a complaint of malicious injury and destruction of property. The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office announced Chrisman was found unresponsive in his cell early Wednesday morning.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating Chrisman’s death.
