DUNCAN, OK (KSWO) - The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner has released the autopsy results of a Duncan man whose body was found in a dumpster in April.
Cecil Jackson died from positional asphyxia after he was put in the trashcan.
Jackson also suffered blunt head trauma, which was considered a secondary reasoning for the homicide ruling by the Medical Examiner's office.
Police found Jackson's body after a friend called, worried that something had been done to him.
James King was arrested and charged with second degree murder or the alternate first-degree manslaughter.
King has a preliminary hearing set for November 28th at the Stephens County courthouse.
