UPDATE: Identity of Carnegie murder victim released; had been wanted for questioning in murder

CARNEGIE, Ok (RNN Texoma) - The Federal Bureau of Investigation has identified the Carnegie man who died in a stabbing on Wednesday morning.

According to the FBI, the man was 32-year-old Byron Tongkeamah Jr.

Tongkeamah's body was discovered outside an abandoned home on Wednesday morning along with a female victim who was transported to the hospital with multiple stab wounds. The woman's identity will not be released to protect her privacy, according to a press release. She is expected to make a full recovery.

The investigation into the murder is ongoing.

Tongkeamah had been wanted for questioning in connection to a death which happened outside of Carnegie in October of 2017.
