Lawton robber caught on tape

LAWTON-- Lawton police are looking for a man who robbed a pharmacy at gunpoint looking for drugs.  Police say the man was armed with a shotgun and robbed Dishman's Pharmacy on 1310 SW Lee Blvd.

All the employees say they're fine.   They're just dealing with lots of anxiety.  Wilma Gilliam has been in the pharmacy business over two decades and she says she has never been so frightened and worried.

Pharmacist Harry Aucoin says the man never asked for money.  He says the robber knew what he wanted and was on a mission.  Aucoin says the robber asked for OxyContin.  OxyContin is a strong pain pill sometime abused to get high.

The man took off on foot and law enforcement needs your help.  The robber is a white male approximately 5'7" to 5'9" and weighs approximately 160 pounds.  He's wearing a camouflaged hat, camouflaged jacket, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

If you have any information call Lawton Crime Stoppers at 355-INFO.
