UPDATE: One dead following overnight shooting

LAWTON-- A Lawton man is dead after an early morning shooting on the city's northwest side.   Lawton police say it happened around three this morning around the 1200 block of northwest 62nd street.

Police say 25-year-old Andraegus "Dre" Moss was pronounced dead at a local hospital after he was shot several times.

Lawton investigators are not letting on much about the homicide except the shooting may be over a woman.   Police tell 7 News they do not have a suspect in custody at the time.  

Earlier 7 News reported two people had been arrested but we have since learned they are being held as witnesses and are not suspects.
