Gangs: Who's winning the battle in Lawton?

Lawton_Is it getting any better? Or are gang members in Lawton winning the battle over police, church, and community members who are trying to stop their criminal activity.  So far this year, the Lawton Police Department says gang members are responsible for three murders, multiple drive-by shootings, and countless robberies and burglaries.

We showed you some of the alarming activity last year when police formed a special gang unit to fight the crimes.  Now, one year later, cops are seeing progress in some areas, but increasing trouble in others.
