Lawton convenience store robbed

Lawton, OK- Lawton police continue their search for the suspect who robbed a Stripes convenience store.  It happened at 11th Street and Gore Blvd, Sunday afternoon. Police say the man came into the store, demanded the money, and then ran off with it on foot.

It's not clear at this point whether the man had a weapon.

    Frederic Lavelle Veasley Jr. surrendered to an OSBI special agent at an apartment complex in Oklahoma City. Veasley is the third suspect that has been identified in the murder of a 24-year-old father who was shot at least 36 times outside a Guthrie home on April 5th. Veasley was arrested on a first-degree murder warrant.
