First Safety fair for Wichita Falls Boys and Girls Club

Wichita Falls--Almost 300 Wichita Falls youngsters stayed indoors to learned how to be safe this summer, thanks to the Boys and Girls Club of Wichita Falls.   It was their first-ever safety fair and it went off without a hitch.

They kids learned from health department officials how to eat healthier, and saw what can happen to your body if you smoke.  From firefighters they learned what to do in case of fire.

The Wichita Falls Boys and Girls club has seven sites through out the city.  If you're interested in getting your youngster joined up, it only costs $12.  The Boys and Girls club will have another safety fair in July.   If you'd like more information, you can go to their website
